Good Evening,
As always, in all sincerity, we pray this message finds you safe and in good health. If not, please reach out to your local charities, non-profits, and service agencies. Since this wintery blast and God’s Ice hit America, more selfless citizens have tried to help wherever they can. Thank goodness, it’s finally loosened its grip and signs of spring are everywhere.
With global warming disasters becoming more frequent and the incredible economic strain on middle and lower classes and less fortunate, Help!ComeHome!, and many other non profits have had their hands continually full trying to fill an endless void, helping all who come to their borders.
The Journey is still ongoing. Our team revisited charities and souls in Texas and in Tallahassee, Orlando, Lee High Acres, and Immoklee, Florida. While our vehicle was being repaired, our team took time to pray and get some well-deserved rest. These incredible volunteers work around the clock to meet the needs of others, and needed the chance to recharge. They also met up with distant family members, team members, old friends and alliances! Good Times!
By God’s Grace, they will be heading to the Port St Lucie area, the Carolinas, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio… then, by God’s Grace, back to the Homefront!!
In New England, our On the Go Pantry has been in full swing. Our yearly, Open Door 8 Days of Thanksgiving dinners, by God’s Providence, was also a great success. We have had held these dinners every year, from our youth up, even before the Lord’s Charity was formed.
Our team has also been helping to add to the pantry stock of fellow non profits and churches while traveling. These volunteers also gave a hand to those in small-town America, in Mississippi after receiving a call for help when the community lost power, and for a time, water. Above all, we have been helping the homeless near and far, with everything from tents, sleeping bags, hotel stays, socks, food, and the list goes on!!!
Below are just a few of some of these precious memories in pictures! (Including a couple from previous post). Humbly thanking The Lord as always, for our selfless and gracious Core Team! (More To Come!!)
Godspeed and Stay Safe and Warm,
The Team at HCH
